Welcome to TeezKadai. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Products

TeezKadai offers Print on Demand, Oversized T-Shirts, Hoodies, Custom Designs and T-Shirt Printing. Product colours, prints and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and production conditions.

 

2. Prepaid Orders Only

TeezKadai accepts prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

 

3. Order Processing

Once payment is successfully received, your order will be processed for printing and production. Print-on-demand and customized products are made specifically for the customer.

Please carefully check your size, colour, design and delivery details before completing your order.

 

4. Returns & Replacement

Returns/replacements are accepted only in the following situations:

• Manufacturing defect

• Wrong size sent by TeezKadai

• Wrong design/print sent by TeezKadai

If you receive an eligible defective or incorrect product, please contact us with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as soon as possible after delivery.

 

5. Incorrect Customer Selection

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection made by the customer, unless the wrong size was sent by TeezKadai.

For customized or Print on Demand products, returns are not accepted simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

 

6. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact TeezKadai with:

• Order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• Clear images showing the issue

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate replacement or resolution.

 

7. Custom & Print on Demand Products

Customized and Print on Demand products are produced specifically based on the customer's selected design, size and specifications. Once production begins, orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

8. Product Usage

Customers are responsible for following the recommended washing and care instructions. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, bleaching, drying or general misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

 

9. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability and other circumstances beyond TeezKadai's control.

 

10. Refunds

Where a return/replacement is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product supplied by TeezKadai, the resolution will be provided after verification.

Any approved refund will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.

 

11. Changes to Terms

TeezKadai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on this page will apply to orders placed after the update.
